Calabazas Creek Regional Park and Open Space Preserve

Get Involved

Regional Parks Is leading a comprehensive public planning process to fully open and operate this site as a Regional Park & Open Space Preserve. The goals of this process are:

  • To engage a broad range of individuals and groups in the planning process to encourage a connection with the rich cultural and natural history of the park.

  • To educate everyone about the opportunities and constraints presented by the conservation easement and recreation covenants. Constraints include difficult terrain and sensitive resources.

  • To foster a sense of stewardship for the Master Plan/CEQA process and future implementation.
